Senior Performance Media Manager.

Honestly, in agency land… that’s pretty rare.

THE GIG

This isn't just a "launch the ads and report on ROAS" kind of Snr. Paid Media role.

This is the kind of gig where Paid Creative instincts, commercial thinking and deep performance expertise actually matter.

You'll sit inside the eCom/B2C pod alongside a Client Strategy Lead and experienced Media Buyer, helping lead performance across a seriously cool portfolio of challenger brands while contributing heavily to strategy, testing, creative direction and growth conversations.

And whilst Paid Social remains a huge part of the picture, this isn't a Social-only gig.

Farsiight's best people don't think in channels. They think omni-channel.

We're looking for someone who can bring genuine depth across the broader Paid Search + Social ecosystem. Someone who loves Paid Creative, understands what makes consumers tick and thinks beyond platforms when there's a bigger growth opportunity sitting in front of them.

The kind of talented performance human whose thinking carries real weight and isn't afraid to challenge it when there's a better way forward.

Day to day, your world will look a lil' something like this:

  • Owning Paid Social + Search strategy across a high-performing client portfolio
  • Building, scaling and optimising campaigns across Meta + Google
  • Leading creative testing and messaging strategy
  • Turning performance data into actual commercial insight instead of just reporting numbers at people
  • Spotting growth opportunities before everyone else catches on
  • Collaborating with internal creative + strategy teams on smarter campaigns
  • Testing and identifying opportunities across a broader mix of Paid Search + Social platforms, whether that's Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Bing or whatever channel makes the most sense for the challenge in front of you
  • Helping shape smarter, more scalable ways of working across the agency

And yep, the AI curiosity piece matters here too.

This team gets excited by people experimenting with AI workflows, automation systems and smarter ways of working. The commercially clever, endlessly curious kind who are always looking for better ways to do things.

AND YOU?

You've got proper runs on the board in Paid Media. You know the platforms deeply, you've managed meaningful budgets and you understand what actually drives performance.

But the thing that makes you senior now? It's how you think.

Commercially clever. Strategic. Calm under pressure. The kind of person already solving problems before everyone else has spotted them.

You'll likely bring:

  • 5-8+ years in Paid Media
  • Strong agency-side experience
  • Deep Paid Social capability and a genuine love for Paid Creative
  • Strong Google Ads expertise and genuine Search depth to confidently help lead performance across an increasingly omni-channel media mix
  • Experience managing larger B2C/eCommerce brands, challenger brands or high-growth consumer businesses
  • Confidence with GA4, GTM + tracking
  • Genuine interest in AI, automation + smarter ways of working

But more than anything, you care. About the work, the clients and building better ways of doing things.
